Adventure Hike to Blue Bend Trail
Blue Bend Trail loops through forested country near Cumberland Falls, following a landscape shaped by streams, rocky slopes, and the surrounding Cumberland Plateau. Expect hardwood forest, seasonal wildflowers, and occasional river views as the trail climbs and descends through the woods. The route is part of the broader Cumberland Falls area, where the Sheltowee Trace and other trails create many ways to explore. Its natural surface and steady changes in terrain give this loop more variety than a simple park walk.
