Bath Buns Bread Workshop
Bath buns are a traditional treat known to be a particular favorite of author Jane Austen. Flavored with caraway seeds and topped with crystalized caraway seeds, this unique treat is named Bath buns because they hail from the city of Bath in England. Participants will learn to make their own buns and will need a mixing bowl, a sturdy stirring implement such as a dough whisk or wooden spoon and a baking dish for transporting their buns home. This class is intended for adults 18+ only and space is limited.
