4-H Sewing Club (4th-12th Grade)

Youth (ages 9 and up) that are interested in learning to hand sew and use a sewing machine. Youth can bring their own sewing machine if they want to. Meeting will be held at the brick house at the end of the gravel drive connected to the parking lot. The primary goal of Kentucky 4-H sewing program is to teach youth about the art and skills of using needle and thread to create useful items. This includes not only the use of a hand needle and thread, but sewing machine. Youth can learn to create clothing and wardrobe, essentials, as well as useful items for daily living.
