Wildcat Cheese will be putting on a Cheese Demonstration 10am-2pm. Lunch will be provided. Wildcat Mountain Cheese hand-crafts a variety of flavorful farmstead artisan cheeses, each with its own unique flavor profile. Wildcat Mountain Cheese has a "Farmstead cheese shop. Cheese made on family farm. Aged Cheddar, flavored Cheddars (Garlic Pepper, Jalapeno), Bernstadt Swiss, Gouda, Colby, Pioneer Coffee Rub, Victory, Fresh Cheese Curds - Plain, Italian, and Red Hot. A third generation dairy farm in continuous operation sine the late 1930s. Began cheese making in 2014. Grass-fed cows - Holsteins, Ayrshires, and Jerseys. Natural cows, Natural milk, Natural Cheese. Located on the historic Boone Trace in Laurel County, Kentucky. Beautiful scenery. Family owned and operated."
